Plastisol is the standard, economical ink to use for screen printing. It’s easy to use because it’s plastic (polyvinyl chloride) made fluid and flexible by combining with a plasticizer. Plastisol cures at a temperature of approximately 350º F, and once cured, sits on top of the fabric. Plastisol provides great opacity on dark fabrics.
